At A Bridge Between Homes, we provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals rebuilding their lives.

Our mission is to create a monitored, healthy environment where residents can regain stability, learn essential life skills and successfully reintegrate. Through housing, supportive services and meaningful connections, we are your bridge to home.

Our Services​

Room & board

All utilities included. WiFi, washer, and dryer provided. 24-hour security surveillance. Fully furnished units with keyless entry. Shared and private rooms available.

communal access

Kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas.

Peer-led reentry

Building bonds through shared experiences and forming relationships with transparency and accountability.

veteran support referrals

Confidential support and outpatient services.

Monthly wellness & housing check-ins

Residents enjoy monthly group outings, monthly house meetings, grocery assistance, fresh towels and linens, toiletries, and all necessary cleaning supplies.

Linkages

To transportation, employment, and adult day programs.

To provide a safe, respectful, and stable home environment that promotes independent living, dignity, And successful reentry for youth aging out of foster care, DV victims, veterans and seniors.

Formerly incarcerated individuals aged 55+

who are paroled and eligible for community-based housing and capable of independent living.

who may face challenges navigating adulthood and are in need of a stable place to grow.

Underserved Individuals

We serve adults experiencing housing instability or homelessness who are ready for a structured living environment.
